Full suction double-cell extractor for SDSWCC test has successfully done a site acceptance by Qingdao University of Technology
Product advantages:
(1) SDSWCC sample drainage/water absorption and displacement measurement are carried out by two independent systems. The sample drainage/water absorption uses horizontal storage device, and the displacement measurement uses vertical measuring tube device. As a result, the effect of the measuring tube and the automatic drainage/water absorption can be avoided.
(2) SDSWCC adopts two sets of bubble scouring system. The vertical scouring tube used in conventional products, the traditional Soilmosture gas cylinder bubble scouring system is additionally added to shorten the path length of bubble scouring, so that the measured displacement is precise.
(3) SDSWCC additionally uses digital axial displacement sensor, axial force sensor and pore pressure (suction) sensor for automatic data reading, while retaining the mechanical reading meter used in traditional similar products. In addition, to improve the accuracy of test control, automated digital sensors are more important to objectively avoid subjective errors in the manual reading of mechanical reading devices.
(4) SDSWCC additionally uses digital sensors. It can be used to the traditional unsaturated soil water characteristic curve test and unsaturated soil consolidation test. The test function is enhanced.
(5) SDSWCC has good scalability and can be easily upgraded in the future. For example, it can be upgraded to saturated soil/unsaturated soil static triaxial test system, infiltration system, etc. It can also be used from the current one-dimensional stress-related soil water. The characteristic curve pressure plate system is upgraded to a three-dimensional stress-related soil-water characteristic curve pressure plate system.
