From July 12th to 13th, 2019 indoor geotechnical department internal technical training was successfully held in Sanqi Qiqi Square, Jinan. The training session was attended by nearly 50 colleagues from 11 branches in Earth Products China Limited.
The main objective of this training is to improve the mastery level and sales skills of the sales. Improve the efficiency of the sales process, and thus achieve sales performance improvement.
The first day of training was given by Cui Zhi, manager of the indoor geotechnical business department. He mainly introduced the development history of the indoor geotechnical division, the innovation and development process of GDS, the new products and key products of GDS, other manufacturers and marketable products. He also analyzed the current situation of indoor geotechnical competition. During the training, we thoroughly analyzed the application of relevant testing techniques by combining the advanced cases and our experience. The training given a deeper and more systematic understanding of indoor geotechnical products.
The training on next morning was about sales and technology theory. Chen Dong, a Senior technical enginee from indoor geotechnical department, introduced the routine dynamic and static products of indoor geotechnical materials. Hu Xinjiang introduced the non-saturated soil, Trim and Soilvision products. In addition, Shen Binglin introduced the main products of ANCO and Geocomp.
In the afternoon, the training was about the after-sales technical services. The dynamic cycle single-shear test system of GDS EMDCSS servo motor control was demonstrated on site. The colleagues of the indoor geotechnical department gave a detailed introduction to the trainees, conducted on-site demonstration and training, and gave opportunities to each after-sales engineer to do the operation. The training increased the awareness of the equipment.
GDS currently has more than 500 sets of equipment in China. Each set of GDS equipment is equipped with at least one or more pressure volume controllers. The ways of maintenance and repair of the controllers are the most common problems in the daily work of technical engineers and after-sales engineers. The problems were encountered, this training gave details of maintenance and repair methods of the controller.
